Patrick Khoury is the President of PB&J Restaurants and son of Paul Khoury. Patrick is responsible for concept development, new store openings, overseeing menu development, and daily operations of all our restaurants. Wanting a restaurant group name that reflected PB&J’s simple core values and focuses on great food and great service, his father, asked Patrick his thoughts as a kid. Peanut Butter & Jelly was his answer as well as his favorite sandwich.
A graduate of William Jewell College, Patrick has been involved with PB&J since he was a teen and now has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. In 2011, he won the prestigious Presidents Club award through Red Robin for exceptional restaurant leadership along with Training Store of the Year.
